Get free shipping on orders over $75!

Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are shipped by our standard carriers and generally delivery standard is 5 - 7 days. 

We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

We can sometimes offer local delivery please contact honey@sweetwoodmountain.com if you are within 25 miles of South Bristol, NY, 14424.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We will soon be offering flat rate shipping within the USA. Stay tuned for more info. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns or make exchanges on any honey or food products.

We can accept returns on other non-food items if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at honey@sweetwoodmountain.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
