This one is fire: the Honey Crepes Suzette Flambé! It's a brunch or dessert delight that's elegant, impressive as hell, and surprisingly easy. We'll show you how to swap processed sugars for natural honey in this classic recipe. And don’t forget we get to flambé!! 

We’ll start with the classic French version of thin traditional crepes served with a sexy orange sauce made from butter, honey, orange juice, and liqueur. But we’ll also show you a vegan/vegetarian crepe options too. 

Either way we’re lighting it all up table side to create a dramatic flambé but also to enhance the flavors with a hint of caramelization.
